Poste proposé : HR Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a Global Company within FMCG in their Kinshasa branch, Democratic Republic of Congo.

We are looking for our Client, a Global Company within FMCG, a Senior HR Consultant for a 1 Year Contract in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mission :

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of best practice HR policies, procedures and solutions, in line with the global business strategy. Tasked to help drive the development and growth of the business through an effective generalist HR service and strong support to the regions senior management team.
  • The role requires an energetic and hands-on HR Consultant with an strong understanding of the local Labour laws, business practices and aligning them with the HR strategies and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing of a full Human Resouces division, full generalist duties with a strong focus on local labour law and legislation, staffing, training and development, developing of retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning and performance management.
  • Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees thereby ensuring sound employee relations.
  • Ensure all company HR policies, procedures and processes are up to date in line with current local employment laws.                   
  • Ensure proper workforce planning through headcount analysis and assessment of workforce productivity.
  • Focus on managing a productive sales workforce though quarterly sales reviews, analysis of sales productivity and driving the action plan on a quarterly basis.
  • Drive the employee engagement and wellness agenda through execution of various engagement and wellness activities.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget to enable delivery of HR activities and projects.
  • Support line managers in ensuring that payroll-related actions are undertaken timeously on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure effective maintenance of general HR administration (Org charts, staff records, leave administration).
  • Prepare and present periodical reports and other relevant statutory reports.

Profil recherché pour le poste : HR Manager
  • Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR domain.
  • Planning, organizing and good analytical sills.
  • A thorough understanding of employment laws and legislation.
  • Self-starter who takes initiatives.
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Team player with good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Proven ability to lead in a global, matrix environment.
  • Ability to add value as both an individual contributor and active team member.
  • Experience in managing HR projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
